A New Year - A New Challenge

WOW!!!!

Where did those last two weeks go ......

one minute I'm preparing for Christmas

the next it's a new year and I'm trying to get

my house back to resembling some form of normality.

Is it just me or is the world getting faster.

So the new year brings with it a new challenge

from the Roses on Paper Design Team, this one being

hosted by Susan. Breaking away from the red

surrounding Christmas this weeks Colour Challenge

calls for a card to be made using

White, Purple and Green.

The stamp I've used is another from the

Sarah Kay collection, Puppy Love, and I've

titled my card "The Key to My Heart".

This cute little girl is from the

Sarah Kay collection.

I thought she looked just like

my little girl playing make believe with

her dollies.

It was quite time consuming cutting

out this image, but I think it was worth

the effort. I gave the card a bit of

depth by paper piecing the pocket,

ribbons and bows with some silicone.

**

Once again, my beloved H20's were

favoured colouring medium, highlighting

some areas with atyou Spica markers.
